Shipping policy

1 Prices
All prices shown on our website include the applicable German statutory value added tax.

2 Shipping
We ship goods via DHL. Shipping is carried out in accordance with the delivery times specified for the products.

3 Shipping costs

Germany
Our standard for all end consumers: For orders up to 49.00 € gross, we charge the shipping costs specified at checkout.
For orders over 49.00 € including VAT, we deliver free of charge.

4 We deliver to the following countries

The shipping costs are specified in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises their right of withdrawal.

5 Returns
The customer shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40.00 € or, in the case of a higher price, if the customer has not yet provided the consideration or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the provider shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

6 Terms of payment
We accept payments in euros via PayPal, credit card and direct debit. Under certain conditions, our registered B2B customers can also pay by invoice.
