2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all purchase contracts concluded by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) through our online shop www.terranatura.de .

3. Contract language and storage of the contract text

1. The contract language is German.
2. We do not permanently store the contract text. You can print or save the order details immediately before placing your order. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt and contract containing all order details, these Terms and Conditions, and the cancellation policy.

4. Ordering process & conclusion of contract

1. The product presentations in the shop are non-binding.
2. You add items to your shopping cart and complete the Shopify checkout ( Information → Shipping → Payment → Review & Order ).
3. By clicking the button “Buy now” you make a binding offer (§ 145 BGB).
4. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer within two working days by sending a shipping confirmation or when we deliver the goods.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

1. All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
2. We charge a flat shipping fee of € {SHIPPING_FEES} per order. The costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout.
3. Vouchers or discount promotions will be credited according to the respective conditions stated.

6. Payment methods & due date

You can pay using the payment methods displayed during checkout via Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Klarna Pay Now, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal . Your payment method will be charged immediately after completing your order.

7. Delivery conditions

1. We will ship within 2 working days after conclusion of the contract via Deutsche Post/DHL to the address you provided.
2. Deliveries are only possible within Germany.
3. If delivery is not possible, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (§ 449 BGB).

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the following statutory right of withdrawal.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) of your decision. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

10. Legal warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For goods with a limited shelf life (toothpaste), the expiration of the best-before date does not affect your warranty rights.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intentional acts and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health or for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation); in this case, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution / ODR

1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
2. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).

13. Final provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
